(1) The survey covers abilities to keep home and personal care, asks questions about who helps the respondent, living conditions, what the respondent finds important in care of the elderly and opinion about the employees. (2) It also looks at work assignments within the last week, opinion about what care of the elderly should include and how it should be organized. (3) Finally, it includes opinions about what skills the personal care workers should have.
