The survey includes hypothetical questions about who should be obliged to help the elderly, including different scenarios where gender and health varies, who carries out different tasks in the elderly's homes, and psychological wellbeing. Two focus group interviews were conducted in each of the eight municipalities - one interview with relatives to the elderly and one with different players involved in the services provided for senior citizens.
