Data project

Intersectoral Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire

Sektorübergreifende Patientenzufriedenheitsbefragung

Summary

Strengths: The survey captures patient reported health status prior to hospitalisation and potentially significant information about integration and coordination of care. There is a comprehensive array of matters on which users can state their opinion and the Likert Scale is used for item responses. Weaknesses: Self-administered questionnaire of self-reported data (e.g. health status and reason for in-patient stay are self-reported) is not methodologically rigorous and does not include outpatient services. This is not a representative sample and there was a high non-response rate.
