Strengths: The survey provides detailed, high quality data that are representative of employees aged 15-64 in The Netherlands. It also provides a wide range of topics, has a large dataset, and also offers the opportunity to study trends and subgroups. Weaknesses: The survey provides no information about the self-employed.
