Summary
Strengths: This is a large prospective cohort study, which uses a multidisciplinary approach. It uses stratified sampling based on age, which results in a large proportion of working individuals aged 60-64. The study also uses detailed, high quality data and has a high response at follow-up (2011: 82% baseline sample; 2012: 80% baseline sample). Weaknesses: The study only includes populationaged 45-64 at baseline.
