Strengths: The dataset provides detailed, high quality data, representative of establishments in The Netherlands. It covers a wide range of subjects and has a large dataset, offering the opportunity to study subgroups. Weaknesses: The dataset does not include the self-employed. There are trend breaks in operationalization of some concepts.
