Data was collected between 1998-2000 and in 2002, with a sample size of more than 60,000 individuals. From 2002 onwards, this study is now incorporated into the Study on Housing (WoON).

Timeliness, transparency
Data is collected every four years, but was collected each year from 1998-2000. The most recent collection was carried out in 2002.
