42 items are included in this survey. The topics include employers' and colleagues' attitudes towards hiring employees aged 50 and above, and certain initiatives for employees aged 50 and above. Ratings are given for different reasons for hiring employees aged 50 and above. The factors that could increase the number of new employees aged 50 and above are also rated. Other issues looked at include which channels the company uses to hire employees aged 50 and above, what is the effect of reduced-hours jobs on retirement, and special schemes for older employees.
