Data project
Employment Registry
Arbeitsmarktregister
Summary
Strengths: Employment trajectory data is cleaned from breaks. Data is processed and prepared for relevant questions in social sciences. Control of AMS data with Central Registry reported high degree of data match/overlap. Weaknesses: As typical for registry-data, trajectories contain in detail, however, breaks and inconsistency in the terminology. This is an effect of changes in the legislative system.
