Data was collected between 1995 and 2010. The sample size used was of approximately 1/3 of the total population. Since 2010 the sample comprises the total population (integral observation). Data collection is ongoing and is scheduled to continue at some point in the future.

Timeliness, transparency
Data collection is ongoing since 1998 and data is collected annually. The final dataset is released 24 months after collection.
