Data was collected in 1980-2000, 2003-2004, 2005-2010, 2012. The sample size used was of 1,500 households on a yearly basis. Data collection is ongoing and is scheduled to continue at some point in the future.

Data is collected annually. Preliminary data is released 7 months after collection. Final database is published 12 months after collection.
